Our Staff
The Wayfinder Experience exists today because of our highly talented and passionate staff. It takes a wide array of
abilities and skills to orchestrate a Wayfinder event. Below are descriptions of the various departments operating at each
camp and a listing of the gifted folks who support them.

We are in full compliance with the NYS Health Department at all of our events. Our wellness staff is not only trained
and certified in a variety of medical capacities, but is also experienced in peer mediation and counseling.
Our camp directors make sure that our events are full of enriching workshops that run smoothly.
The Play department runs our non-competitive physical games and workshops.
The Theatre department handles improvisation and a host of other dramatic activities.
These behind-the-scenes masters create the immersive environment of The Adventure Game.
The Wardrobe department makes sure everyone looks their part.
The Game System crew handles all the weapons and equipment used in our workshops.
These staff members supervise our participants from wake-up to lights out.
These folks handle all the paperwork and forms for our camps.
